Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Gdańsk, Poland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
